Le Pré Germain is a vast, old (17th century), comfortable, exclusive and friendly country house, located in a small village in the heart of Burgundy. The house has 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large living-dining room with an insert (wood provided), a music room with a tuned Yamaha C3 piano, 6 toilets, 5 shower rooms and a laundry room (washing machine / dryer). There are 5 rooms, all different. " Bussy-Rabutin ": Vast suite located on the first floor, under the roofs, well isolated from the rest of the house, cocooning atmosphere, large television, DVD player and many DVDs, bed 160/200, Italian shower room open onto the bedroom, separate "children's" room with two beds 80/200 and a baby bed. " Rameau ": located near the music room this room is suitable for a couple with or without children. It is composed of a small double bedroom (bed 160/200), bathroom open onto a small living room (single bed 80/200). " Pompon " : located on the second floor, this room is simple and pleasant. View on the countryside, double bed 180/200, television, numerous comic strips, bathroom, dressing room. " Buffon " : bedroom located on the first floor. It has a double bed (160/200). Private bathroom. "Eiffel": Large bedroom located on the first floor. 3 windows, small balcony, large library, television, exposed beams, Italian shower room with toilet, bed 180/200.

The 4-hectare park is a haven of tranquillity. It includes: orchard, organic vegetable garden, forest, small river, meadows and quarry.
The house is tastefully decorated and the bedding is comfortable.
The Pré Germain was “Booking Award 2015” with a score of 9.7 and recommended by “Détours en France” 2015 and Le Figaro Magazine 2016 when we were bed and breakfast.

How to Book

The minimum booking period is 3 days throughout the year, but 7 days in summer. To book the entire house, you have to book both gîtes. First check availability for 4 adults and you can check if this house is available. Then book the 2 gîtes.

Prices

Rates depend on several factorsm such as the length of stay, how soon you book, the booking channel you use, or the season. In practice, it is cheaper to go "direct", to book a "long stay", to book in advance, or to stay between fall and spring. A fixed amount of €120 is due for any stay (cleaning fees). The tourist tax is €1.65/ day and per adult.
